Job description

Administrative Assistant CBD of Sydney Due to growth across the business and their expanding Administration Team, they have an additional full time position available for someone looking for their first administration office-based role. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door and to join a professional, supportive and growing admin team based on Sydney NSW – this role is an office-based role and does require you to be in the office

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

§ Answer phones and emails § Liaise directly on a regular basis with the team for administration and support tasks

§ Assist with team administration;

§ Maintaining filing systems;

§ Running errands

§ Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc

§ Other general office duties, as required

§ Receiving orders from customers, billing, reconciliation, asset management, and being an assistant to the managing director.

§ Ad-hoc tasks as required About You § Intermediate skills in Word & Excel

§ Can-do attitude

§ Excellent communication skills

§ High level of accuracy and attention to detail

§ Self-motivated and a team player § True desire to build a career within a busy office

§ Happy to present in a professional manner (Corporate office)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Recent graduates are welcome – No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
