Job description
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
§ Answer phones and emails § Liaise directly on a regular basis with the team for administration and support tasks
§ Assist with team administration;
§ Maintaining filing systems;
§ Running errands
§ Scanning, filing, photocopying, etc
§ Other general office duties, as required
§ Receiving orders from customers, billing, reconciliation, asset management, and being an assistant to the managing director.
§ Ad-hoc tasks as required About You § Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
§ Can-do attitude
§ Excellent communication skills
§ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
§ Self-motivated and a team player § True desire to build a career within a busy office
§ Happy to present in a professional manner (Corporate office)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Recent graduates are welcome – No experience is required. Full training will be provided.
