Job Overview
Duties and Responsibilities;
- Managing document according to company guidelines
- Perform to make and check Shipping documents(B/L, A/N, D/O, etc)
- Comparing related documents information(Q’ty, Item name, etc)
- Inform issuing documents to related department for ship-in or ship-out
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
- Preparing and collecting the logistics document and invoices(e.i. local charge) and send these to billing team
- Nurture positive relationships with companion
- Print and prepare Proforma Invoice, Collection Receipt, DR and Serial List for Online
Requirements;
- Shift1 (07AM~15PM) : 1 person
- Shift2 (15PM~23PM) : 1 person
- Above High School Degree
- MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Power Point/ suite)
- English advanced level
- Must living in Australia
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bankstown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
