Their service provides personalized SCM/Logistics solutions tailored to the varying needs of companies through their integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on customers’ needs, they offer various solution combinations to ensure a seamless information exchange among solutions and connections within systems.
They are currently seeking a self-motivated Billing Officer to join the team in Bankstown. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term position. The successful applicants will be responsible for efficient, high-quality billing support and the day-to-day maintenance of processes and procedures, including, but not limited to, billing and payments.
Responsibilities:
– Compile, analyze and record bills,
– Prepare and issue invoices
– Perform AR/AP duties
– Issue monthly statements
– Keep client’s files updated with current invoices, bills and all other relevant information
– Provide analysis on cost propriety and assist Finance Manager with reports on findings
Requirements:
– Tertiary qualification in appropriate course
– 1-2 years of working experience in related field is desired but not essential
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying heavy workload
