They were incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems.
They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data, and conduct general administrative tasks as required. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Day to day processing of accounts payable transaction
- Review processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare taxes and other government compliances (BAS/GST, Payroll Tax/PAYG/Superannuation, Income Tax)
- Participate in financial audits
- Month end reporting
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure all administration and finance activities comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Other duties as required by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tertiary qualification in appropriate course
- Working experience in related field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying heavy workload
