With a presence across the country and a strong foundation established over the years, they also offer system design and installation services for businesses, ranging from commercial to utility scale.
They are currently seeking a self-motivated Finance Officer to join the team in Logan QLD. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will support financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data, and conduct general administrative tasks as required. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Day to day processing of accounts payable transaction
- Review processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare taxes and other government compliances
- BAS / GST
- Payroll tax / PAYG / Superannuation
- Income Tax
- Participate in financial audits
- Month end reporting
- Assist with preparation of annual budgets
- Ensure all administration and finance activities comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Other duties as required by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while carrying heavy workload
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
