Role Overview

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, and fostering continuous improvement within the HR function. We are seeking a driven, professional, and energetic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and industry trends, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
