Their service provides personalized SCM/Logistics solutions tailored to the varying needs of companies through their integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on customers’ needs, they offer various solution combinations to ensure a seamless information exchange among solutions and connections within systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports to track financial performance against budget.
- Provide detailed commentary on financial reports for management review.
- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and projections.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted figures and forecasts for each profit and cost center.
- Lead the compilation of the annual budget in collaboration with senior management.
- Analyze financial performance trends across different business units.
- Manage month-end accounting processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Contribute to systems and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Provide support in financial audits, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Monitor and manage internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as auditors and tax consultants, to ensure proper financial reporting and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and relevant standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial reports.
- Ability to communicate accounting concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to daily tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective business partnering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in computer software, including Excel and other accounting packages.
- Relevant Business/Finance-related degree.
- Fluency in both Korean and English is required due to frequent communication with headquarters.
