BROAD SCOPE

Operation manager shall ensure smooth operation of various processes and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity and quality, also is responsible to prepare contracts, innovation activity, managing KPI

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the overall daily operations of the warehouse, distribution, and service departments.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • Manage production, inventory control, storage, logistics, shipping, and customer service. 
  • Closely monitor and maintain stock levels and coordinate procurement both domestically and internationally. 
  • Liaise with staff, internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse and production practices.
  • Inspect equipment, tools and machinery and oversee general maintenance.
  • Manage waste removal including separation of recyclable items and manage waste contracts and services.
  • Provide assistance for urgent orders out of working hours
  • Develop and maintain a professional and motivated employee team

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to problem solve and manage a fast-paced storage, distribution, and production head office warehouse
  • Able to implement, manage and follow company’s policies and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy skills (including MS Office Applications)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Driver’s License and Car (required)
