OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Our client is incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with a passionate leader and a knowledgeable and diverse team, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Monitor outstanding hired equipment IOUs
- Administer Owed Equipment Redemption Policy
- Ensure that all control procedures are followed at all times.
- Undertake account reconciliation, physical stock-takes, hire balance analysis
- Promote a good culture of the value of hire equipment and equipment control
- Report on all equipment hire and equipment
- Ensure compliance with statutory OH&S Legislation
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients
- Any other related task as directed by the Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
· Demonstrated customer service experience within a similar role
· Manufacturing/ FMCG experience an advantage
· Experience using large ERP
· 2 years minimum experience
· Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High level attention to detail
· Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment
