Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and trading sectors. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in line with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business development efforts.
- Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Negotiate terms and agreements to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. (Preferred Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- No previous experience required
- Multilingual preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interest in business development and sales.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
